CIB signed up for a internacional partership with Passo de Arte, a brazilian dance contest that is in it’s 26th edition and WELCOMES dancers from all over Brazil and Latin America, including Paraguay, Argentina and Peru.

The Best Dancer and the Best Group of CIB, both have direct access to the finals of the event, which will take place in the city of Indaiatuba (São Paulo) betweenn July 6th and 15th. And there’s more, during the contest, they will be able to participate in a week-long workshop offered by Passo de Arte.

For the best dance teacher and the best group, will be offered a scholarship for summer classes in January/2019, organized by Passo de Arte.  All of the first places of CIB will have 50% to enroll in the dance classes.

The Passo de Arte 2018 Contest will start in July and it will include different dance  modalities like classic and contemporary ballet, jazz, urban dance,  tap dance, among others.

CIB will take place between May 11 and 13 in the city of Porto/Portugal. The judging panel includes highly regarded industry professionals like Pedro Carneiro from the National Dance Conservatory, Amanda Bennet from Balletshulle Theatre Basel and Jan Broeckx, from Ballett-Akademie an der Hochschule für Musik und Theater München.
